Sessions are scheduled based on mutual availability between the student and assigned tutor. We endeavour to accommodate your preferred times but cannot guarantee specific time slots. Session schedules are confirmed via email communication.

Payment is required as specified at the time of booking. Prices are quoted in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable. We reserve the right to modify pricing; however, confirmed bookings will be honoured at the quoted price.
Refund requests are handled on a case-by-case basis. Package purchases may be eligible for partial refunds for unused sessions, subject to administrative fees. Refunds are generally not available for completed sessions.
